These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order of this Court, dated 29.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.Nos.13491 and 13492 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.Nos.6519 and 6518 of 2023 to report before the CBCID North Head Quarters, Guindy, on 1st and 3rd Saturdays of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioners shall continue with the conditions imposed by an order dated 29.08.2023 in Crl.M.P.Nos.13491 and 13492 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.Nos.6519 and 6518 of 2023. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant any relaxation to the petitioners herein.

4. Accordingly, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions stand dismissed.
