Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble in Cr.M.P.No.302 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24353 of 2021 dated 19.01.2022 in respect of condition No.3 considering the sadit submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed however the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.VINOTH KUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.302 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24353 of 2021 by order dated 19.01.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is regularly complying the condition.

3. Recording the same, the petition for relaxation is allowed with the condition to report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
