Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that vehicle has been seized by the learned Advocate Commissioner and the same was handed over to the applicant. He further submitted that initial remuneration ordered by this Court has also been paid to the learned Advocate Commissioner.

2. The learned counsel for the Respondent submitted that they are ready to pay the entire amount due to the applicant within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Since the vehicle has already been seized and handed over to the applicant, this application stands closed.

However, liberty is granted to the Respondent to move the vacation Court, in case she is ready to pay the entire due amount to the applicant.
