ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in para no.5(b) in Crl.O.P.No.29596 of 2024 dated 13.12.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet is also filed.
