ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to consider his representation dated 13.04.2018 within a period fixed by this Court. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the festival of Chitrapournami would be glorious and purposeful if only it is celebrated as per the traditional practices followed for decades. As per the Almanac followed by the third respondent temple, the most appropriate time to celebrate Chitrapournami Festival is on 30.04.2018 on which date, all the major temples in the State of Tamil Nadu will perform and celebrate the said festival. However, the third respondent temple has fixed the celebration of the said festival on 29.04.2018 itself much before the transition period to the Star Pournami to the next stardom. In this regard, the petitioner gave a representation to respondents 1 and 2 on 13.04.2018 to fix the celebration of the festival on 30.04.2018. Finding no response, he is before this Court seeking the above prayer.
3.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2 sought time to consider the same.
4.Therefore, this Court hereby directs the second respondent herein to consider the representation made by the petitioner and do the needful forthwith. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
