The issue raised in this writ petition is covered by the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P.No.6221 of 2020 dated 11.03.2020.

2. In the above judgment, this Court had considered the earlier orders passed by this Court and had granted the relief. Therefore, the above judgment can be followed and same relief can be given to the petitioner also.

3. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to issue National Trade Certificate to the petitioner in Fitter Trade, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
