This petition is filed to permit the petitioner to serve Respondents 1 to 3 through substitute service by effecting paper publication.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we permit the petitioner to effect substitute service against Respondents 1 to 3 by causing paper publication one in Tamil and the other in English in the area where the respondents reside, for the hearing of the matter on 16.03.2023.

Paper publication is to be effected on or before 22.02.2023 and proof has to be filed with the Registry on or before 10.03.2023.

Post the matter on 16.03.2023.
