This petition has been filed to eschew the memo filed by the petitioner/ third defendant to adopt the written statement filed by the first and second defendant in C.S.No.109/2021 and permit the petitioner to file a separate written statement.

2. Earlier, the petitioner/third defendant filed an adoption memo to adopt the written statement filed by the first defendant. Subsequently, when the matter was pending before the Master Court for recording evidence, the present petition has been filed.

3. The petitioner/third defendant is none other than the wife of the first defendant, who is the Managing Director of the second defendant company. Further, the petitioner has not stated anything against the third defendant in her affidavit, contrary to the pleadings made by him in his written statement. Therefore, this court do not find any valid reason to allow the application, which has been filed only to drag on the proceedings. Hence, this application is liable to be dismissed as it has no merits.
