The present writ petition has been filed seeking Permanent Affiliation for the Petitioner-College for B.E (Mechanical Engineering) course from the academic year 2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also submitted the letter dated 23.11.2021, where the 1st respondent has given Permanent Affiliation based upon the order passed by this Court in the present writ petition dated 24.08.2021.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent also would 2/4

submit that nothing to be further adjudicated in the present writ petition.

4. Further, while perusing the letter dated 23.11.2021, though there is a reference that the said order is subject to the outcome of the present writ petition, as admitted by both side, nothing to be further adjudicated in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the present writ petition is liable to be closed.
