This application has been filed by the applicant/2nd defendant to permit him to take substituted service through paper publication in "Makkal Kural Tamil Daily Edition" to the 1st respondent herein, in application No.63 of 2024 in C.S No.360 of 2017.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the applicant/2nd defendant is permitted to effect paper publication in one issue of "Makkal Kural" Tamil daily in the Chennai Edition mentioning the date of hearing as 01.03.2024. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

3. List the matter on 01.03.2024.
