O R D E R
The prayer sought for in the present petition is to call for the records in Crime No. 9 of 2017 pending on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same.
2. Pending Criminal Original Petition, the petitioners and the respondents 2 & 3 have amicably resolved the dispute between themselves and accordingly, they have entered into a compromise and filed a Memorandum of Compromise dated 26.10.2017.
3. In order to identify themselves, the petitioners and the respondents 2 &3 have submitted the photo copies of their Aadhar Cards viz., 1. T.Seshu Karthick - 454013867640, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.T.Narasimha Rao - TN01 1974 0004355(Driving Licence), 3.T.Lakshmi - 309565961003, 4.Santhosh - 334236012778, 5. Veena Santhosh - 281148989774, 6. L.Rajmohan - 892008623339 and 7.Preethi - L 7624286 and after verification of the original cards, the same are recorded.
4. Today, the petitioners as well as the respondents/defacto complainant are personally present before this Court and also have been identified. Affidavits of the respondents dated 26.10.2017 are also filed to the effect that they have no objection to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 9 of 2017 pending on the file of the first respondent police.
5. Recording the same, the proceedings in Crime No. 9 of 2017 pending on the file of the first respondent police is quashed. The Criminal Original Petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
6. The Memo of Compromise dated 26.10.2017 and the affidavits filed by the 2nd respondent/de-facto complainant and the 3rd respondent dated 26.10.2017 shall form part of the order.
