This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed for bail vide order dated 08.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.293 of 2025 directing the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.293 of 2025 dated 08.01.2025 is relaxed.
