(D) No.501, Rural Develpment and Panchayat Raj (E2) Department, dated 20.10.2011 and quash the same and consequently, directing the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all consequential benefits. O R D E R

The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent in G.O.(D) No.34, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (E1) Department, dated 21.01.2010 and G.O.(D) No.501, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj(E2) Department, dated 20.10.2011 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all consequential benefits.

2. Challenging the orders made by the respondents in G.O. (D) No.34, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (E1) Department, dated 21.01.2010 and G.O.(D) No.501, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj(E2) Department, dated 20.10.2011, whereby, the petitioner was placed under suspension and the same has been extended, this Writ Petition has been filed.

3. When this Writ Petition is taken up for final hearing today, Mr.K.Magesh, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has submitted that, the impugned suspension order has been revoked and G.O.(D)No.31 dated 19.01.2012 has been issued. Therefore, the prayer sought for by the petitioner since accomplished, recording the same, this petition can be disposed of, he contended.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner also has concurred with the aforesaid facts, in view of the said development, where, by order dated 19.01.2012 in G.O.(D) No.31 Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (E2) Department, the impugned suspension has been revoked against the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has accomplished the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition by recording the aforesaid, is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
