This Court, by order dated 27.11.2019, dismissed the above said revision petition, with a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.3 of 2013 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2.The learned Subordinate Judge, Udumalpet, by way of letter dated 27.08.2020, addressed to the Registry informed that due to lockdown because of pandemic Covid-19 situation, he could not comply with the order of this Court dated 27.11.2019, directing to dispose of O.S.No.3 of 2013. At request of the learned Subordinate Judge, Udumalpet, seeking extension of time to dispose of the suit, this revision petition was listed before this Court for appropriate orders.

3.I have gone through the above said letter.

4.This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned for extension of time. Accordingly, further six months time is granted to dispose of the suit. 01.10.2020 gsa 2/3
