When the matter was listed for hearing on 10.04.2023, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, this Court passed an order, directing the Registry to list the matter on 12.04.2023 under the caption "For Dismissal".

2. Even today also i.e on 12.04.2023, when the matter is called, there is no representation on behalf of the writ petitioner. Thus, it is evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
