This application has been filed by the applicant to receive the copy of the plaint in C.S.Nos.204 of 196 and 810 2004 as additional documents on the side of the plaintiff in the suit.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that as the applicant has assumed charge very recently, he was not able to locate the documents and file along with the plaint.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicants and in order to give an opportunity to the applicant to put forth their case, this application is Ordered and the documents shall be received subject to proof and relevancy.
