PRAYER :- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, pleased to direct the II Additional City Civil Court at Chennai to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.3564 of 2021 pending on the file of the Court within the period of three months or within the time limit fixed by this Court.

ORDER

From the B diary extract that has now been produced would indicate that on 14.02.2025, I.A.No.12 of 2024 has been filed by defendants 1 and 2. The said application is for producing a document which according to the learned counsel for the petitioner is only the certified copies of the documents which are already marked as evidence and he would submit that the said application is only an attempt to protract the proceedings. The entry of proceedings dated 14.02.2024 in the B diary extract would indicate that the matter is posted on 12.03.2025 for counter. The learned Judge shall endeavor to dispose of I.A.No.12 of 2024 on the said date if what the petitioner now stated before this Court is true. In case, the document is already on record, the learned Judge shall take note of the same and pass orders accordingly. Thereafter, the learned Judge shall dispose of the suit O.S.No.3564 of 2021 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed.
