O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to investigate and register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 28.11.2014 sent by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The respondent police have filed a counter, wherein it is stated as follows in paragraph 5:

"5. It is submitted that based on the above, and after completion of the thorough and detailed enquiry, I closed the petition level enquiry and interim reply was sent on 22.02.2015. Thereafter a final enquiry report was sent. Further, the respondent police had conducted the enquiry with due care in a fair, free and impartial manner in accordance with law. Hence, there is no necessity at this stage to register the case based on the complaint dated 28.11.2014 as prayed by the petitioner in his petition."
