The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the main suit itself has been closed since the parties and their respective families have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding dated 05.12.2018 and the matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat. He has also filed a Memo to that effect.

2. In view of the Memo filed by the respondents' counsel, nothing survives in the present Civil Revision Petition for further adjudication and therefore, the same is dismissed as infructuous by this Court. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
