This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police to register a case, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 08.06.2015.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State 3.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and closed in the year 2015 itself. 4.

But, a copy of the closure report that has been given to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor does not contain the signature of the Investigating Officer.

Recording the same, this petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to send a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
