ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 981 days in filing above Criminal Revision petition against the order passed by the learned Judge, Family Court at Villupuram in MC.NO. 07 of 2017 dated 17.12.2021.

Though the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit is not satisfied, in order to give an opportunity to the petitioner, delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall deposit the entire arrears of maintenance amount to the credit of MC.No. 07 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judge, Family Court at Villupuram within a period of four weeks. Failing which, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to the court.
