COMMON ORDER Today, when these matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner/tenant has already vacated the demised premises and handed over the same to the land lord/respondent herein, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in these petitions.

2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the petitioner, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
