This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in C.C.No.3886 of 2014 on the file IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai and quash the same. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after framing of charges, the trial has been commenced and the evidence in respect of the prosecution has been closed and it is now posted for questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C.

3.Taking into consideration the fact that after framing of charges, the trial has commenced and the case is now posted for questioning under Section 313 Cr.P.C, interdicting the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

proceedings at this juncture, would not be proper. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
