ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to register the complaint dated 25.04.2015 and ensure proper investigation known to law and remedy.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that this petitioner has sent a complaint dated 25.04.2015 by post to the Commissioner of Police. On a reading of the complaint, the petitioner has made very serious allegations against the opposite party in as much as the opposite party seemed to have ransacked the house of the petitioner, when he was away. Photographs have also been filed. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is directed to lodge a copy of the complaint before the second respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
