O R D E R

The defendant in O.S.No.474 of 2014 who had suffered an order of interim injunction in I.A.No.1187 of 2014, upon its confirmation in CMA No.68 of 2014 has come up with the Civil Revision petition. 1/4

2. Both the Courts have prima facie found that the plaintiff is in possession of the property and granted an order of injunction. It is now stated that the trial is over and the suit is posted for arguements.

2. Considering the stage of the suit which is posted for arguments, I do no propose to go into the merits of the revision. The Civil Revision petition is dismissed with the direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

3. It is made clear that the trial Court will dispose of the suit without being influenced by any of the observations made in the order impugned in this revision .
