O R D E R

Seeking a direction to the respondent Police to register the FIR based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner herein in CSR.No.700 of 2015 dated 21.05.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR. Nos.690 of 2015 & 700 of 2015 before the respondent police.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if the commission of cognizable offence is disclosed, a regular case shall be registered, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in (2014) 2 SCC 1 (Lalitha kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others).
