CMP.Nos.3181 and 3184 of 2023 in A.S.No.403 of 2016 K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J These petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to death of the first respondent and to bring on record respondents 3 to 10 as legal heirs of the deceased first respondent in the above appeal.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed along with the above petitions.

Accordingly, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title in the Appeal Suit.
