[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the father of detenue viz., Famidha Sulthana Mohamed Baboo, aged 22 years, seeks production of his daughter.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents 1 and 2. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The alleged detenue/wife of the petitioner has been produced by second respondent. The detenue informs of having left the matrimonial home on her own and her intent to return to the matrimonial home. Petitioner affirms the same.

4. In the circumstance, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
