Considering the submissions made on both sides, this petition is ordered, and to comply with the conditions imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27044 of 2024 dated 28.10.2024 and subsequently modified vide its order dated 10.12.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.17477 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27044 of 2024 is extended finally by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on condition that the petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority, High Court Campus, Parrys, Chennai - 600 104.
