ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 14.05.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the complaint has been sent by post and therefore the petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint to the Superintendent of Police, Land Grabbing Cell, Sathuvachary and on such complaint being given, the same shall be forwarded to the concerned Inspector of Police for enquiry and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
