This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.04.2016 and subsequently direct the respondent to enquire the case within a stipulated time framed by this Court. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the petitioner's complaint dated 20.04.2016, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.127/2016 and the same was closed on 21.04.2016. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
