ORDER

This application has been filed seeking to raise the order of attachment passed by this Court on 29.08.2019 in A. No.2007 of 2019 .

2. The learned counsel for the respondent on instructions would submit that the claim of the respondent has been settled by the applicant.

3. Since the claim of the respondent has been settled and the 1/3

learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for allowing this application, this application will have to be necessarily allowed. Accordingly this application is allowed as prayed for and the order of attachment dated 29.08.2019 passed in A. No.2007 of 2019 is raised.

4. The learned counsel for the applicant is permitted to intimate this order to the concerned Sub Registrar's office for removing the encumbrance entry of attachment from their records pertaining to the property morefully described in the schedule to the Judges summons. 10.02.2025 vsi2 2/3
