These Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to condone the delay of 488 days in filing the restoration petitions.

2. Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of the applications, the delay of 488 days in filing the restoration petitions is condoned and these petitions are ordered. The Orders dated 20.09.2019, dismissing the Writ Petitions for non prosecution are set aside and the Writ Petitions are restored on file.
