C.M.P.No.3870 of 2022 in C.M.A.SR.No.40713 of 2021 P.T. ASHA, J, Mr.M.Guruprasad, learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the 2nd petitioner/2nd appellant Vishalini was minor at the time of filing of the Claim petition before the Tribunal.

2.He would further submit that now she attained majority, as per the Birth Certificate her age is 20 years.

3.Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Hence the petition is ordered as prayed for.
