Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.DAYALAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time by two weeks to surrender before the Court in pursuance with order dated 10.01.2022 made in Crl.O.P.No.386 of 2022.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Petition is ordered and the time is extended till 15.03.2022 finally. No further extension will be granted.
