This application has been filed by the applicants/defendants 1 & 2 to condone the delay of 166 days in filing their written statement in the above suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 to 2 /plaintiffs 1 & 2 has no objection in allowing this application.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and in order to give a fair opportunity to the applicants/defendants 1 & 2 to contest their case on merits, the delay is condoned and accordingly, this application is allowed.
