ORDER
The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.1198/2017 dated 18.01.2017, came forward to file the present contempt petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
The learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader [Forests] would submit that the order, which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with vide communication of the 1st respondent addressed to the learned Additional Government Pleader [Forests] dated 23.11.2017 in Ref.No.LL2/11465/2017, wherein it has been stated that a proposal to implement the order of this Court has been sent to the Government. He has also produced a copy of the said proceedings, which is taken on file and record. In the light of the same, the contempt petition is closed.
