ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.No.1752 of 2025 dated 11.12.2025, wherein the petitioner was directed to stay at Salem and report before the Shevapet Police Station, Salem, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation.

3. Considering the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without any deviation, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.No.1752 of 2025 dated 11.12.2025, directing the petitioner to stay at Salem and report before the Shevapet Police Station, Salem, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is relaxed, and the petitioner is now directed to report before the respondents police once a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
