Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.OP.No.25937 of 2021 dated 29.12.2021 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 A.M until further orders and pass such further or other order as this Hon`ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.VIJAYA RAGAVAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.25937 of 2021, dated 29.12.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners have been complying the conditions regularly.
