ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register a First Information Report as per law in furtherance of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 24.12.2013 in C.No.20769/COP/Visitors/2013 Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.12.2013 and the same was closed. A copy of the Closure Report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.
