This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.984 of 2023 dated 19.01.2023 by relaxing the condition to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakhs only) into the credit of Crime No.25 of 2021 before the concerned Magistrate.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has no source of income to deposit the amount, since he suffered loss in his business. Hence, the present petition has been filed to modify the condition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions of learned counsel for petitioner stating that he could not comply the conditions imposed by this court, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
