ORDER

2. The present petition seeks a direction to consider the representation. The grievance of the petitioner was that in the third respondent-School, the Parent Teacher Association is not properly constituted with and regulated.

3. A counter affidavit dated 21st October, 2011 has been filed by the Director of School Education, wherein it is narrated that the elections are

held and the Parent Teacher Association is constituted every year. The counter further says that the Parent Teacher Association is maintaining proper bank account and all the transactions of the Parent Teacher Association of the school are operated only through bank vide Savings Bank Account No.3976 in Kanchipuram Co-operative Central Bank.

4. In the light of the above, in view of the counter affidavit, no further orders are necessary to be passed. The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
