ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant. There is no representation for any of the respondents.

2. It is submitted that Palani, the fourth defendant is stated to be dead.

The proposed parties have been served with notice and they have not chosen to appear either in person or through counsel. This is an application filed by the applicants only to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased fourth defendant, being the wife and daughter of the deceased.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the application is ordered accordingly.

5. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs is directed to carry out the amendment and file the amended copy of the plaint.
