The learned counsel for the petitioner drew the attention of this Court to the counter affidavit filed by the second respondent and would submit that as seen from the counter affidavit, No Objection Certificate granted to the fourth respondent has been cancelled by the second respondent on 13.09.2019. Since the relief sought for by the petitioner in this Writ Petition has been achieved, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.
