ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent.
2. On 07.11.2021, there had been an altercation between the defacto complainant's family and the petitioner's family, wherein, the petitioner herein has attacked one Duraimurugan, his wife and daughter with stones caused injury. He has also abused with filthy words. The injured were admitted in the hospital and later discharged. Meanwhile, the daughter of Duraimurugan who was also abused with filthy language, got insulted and committed suicide. Her dying declaration has been recorded by the Magistrate. This petitioner who alleges that there is a case in counter and all other accused were granted anticipatory bail seeks anticipatory bail before this Court.

3. On perusing the record satisfying that, the petitioner herein who was triggered the death of the defacto complainant's daughter and also caused injury to one Duraimurugan. The defacto complainant is absconding and not cooperating with the investigation by filing anticipatory bail. Therefore, the investigation has come to stand by since November 2021. Hence the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
