The above Petition is filed to withdraw and transfer HMOP No.1 of 2025, pending on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Thanjavur to the Family Court, Chennai.

2. The respondent-husband had filed HMOP No.1 of 2025 on the file 1/3

of the Principal Sub Court, Thanjavur for divorce.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that the respondent has no objection to the transfer being ordered.

5. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and HMOP No.1 of 2025, pending on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Thanjavur, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chennai. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
