This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the fair and decreetal order dated 31.10.2014 passed by the learned IX Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, in E.P.No.85 of 1998 in O.S.No.200 of 1985, thereby allowing the petition filed by the respondent for attachment of property.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that nothing survive in this matter and the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
