ORDER

(The Order of the Court was made by M.Venugopal, J) When the Writ Petitions were listed yesterday (30.01.2018), there was no representation on the side of the petitioners at the time of calling the matter at 1.25 p.m. Even today, when the Writ Petitions are taken up for hearing at about 11.55 a.m., inspite of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the matters being listed under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation on the side of the petitioners either through counsel appearing on their behalf or by person. As such, this Court dismisses the present Writ Petitions for want of diligent prosecution. No costs. Consequently, W.M.Ps. are closed. It is open for the respondents to remove the encroachment from the subject land.
