ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that based on the complaint given by one Narayana Reddy, summons was issued to the petitioners to appear before the second respondent police on 20.04.2016 for enquiry.

4. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on and co-operate with the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, they shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
