Prayer in W.P.No.20832 of 2018 : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for
issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing 4th respondent to settle the petitioner's balance compensation amount of Rs.39,84,680/- for land acquisition by the SIPCOT department(LA) unit I Sriperumbudur Scheme II in Survey No.18/12 to the extend of 173.25 cents as per the award no.15 of 2014 dated 02.12.2014 with interest within a stipulated time frame as fixed by this Court.
Prayer in W.P.No.20833 of 2018 : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing 4th respondent to settle the petitioner's balance compensation amount of Rs.57,000/- for land acquisition by the SIPCOT department(LA) unit I Sriperumbudur Scheme II in Survey No.19/2A to the extend of 2.47 cents as per the award no.15 of 2014 dated 02.12.2014 with interest within a stipulated time frame as fixed by this Court. Prayer in W.P.No.20834 of 2018 : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing 4th respondent to settle the petitioner's balance compensation amount of Rs.24,27,000/- for land acquisition by the SIPCOT department(LA) unit I Sriperumbudur Scheme II an amount of Rs.
3,80,000/- in Survey No.18/1 to the extent of 16.52 cents and an amount of Rs.20,47,000/- in survey no.18/2A to the extent of 89 cents as per the award no.15 of 2014 dated 02.12.2014 with interest within a stipulated time frame as fixed by this Court. Prayer in W.P.No.20835 of 2018 : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing 4th respondent to settle the petitioner's balance compensation amount of Rs.13,73,320/- for land acquisition by the SIPCOT department(LA) unit I Sriperumbudur Scheme II an amount of Rs.4,56,000/- in Survey No.18/1 to the extent of 19.82 cents and an amount of Rs.9,17,320/- in survey no.18/2B to the extent of 39.88 cents as per the award no.15 of 2014 dated 02.12.

2. Since the issues involved in all the writ petitions are one and the same and therefore, disposed of, by a common order.
3. According to the petitioners their lands were sought to be acquired for a industrial purpose, namely for expansion of SIPCOT (LA) Unit I, Sriperumbudur. Subsequently, an award has been passed and a part of the award amount was disbursed to the petitioners and balance amount is yet to be paid.
4. In the said circumstances, the petitioners made several representations to the respondents. So far no order has been passed.
5. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 4, on instructions, submitted that they will pay the remaining award amount to the petitioners within a period of three months.
6. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, all these Writ Petitions are disposed of, with a direction to the 4th respondent to pay the balance award amount payable to the petitioners in all the writ petitions, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
